John joins from Knight Frank where he was partner in the project management team. In his new role with Lambert Smith Hampton, John will lead the cost and project management team which looks after the management of major fit out, conversion and refurbishment projects and new build development for clients. He specialises in high tech commercial projects for technology companies, headquarter office relocation and high quality residential and mixed-use developments from masterplanning to implementation. 

He is chairman of the RICS Research Trust, a member of the RICS Education and Standards Board and on the RICS Sustainability Working Group.
