Citizens Advice moving to the City of London

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has acted on behalf of Citizens Advice to agree a lease for its new London office at 200 Aldersgate, EC1, from February 2014.

The move was driven by the charity's need for more practical office space that offered high quality facilities for the organisation and its staff.

Citizens Advice will occupy 22,000 sq ft of grade A office space in the building.

David Earle, Head of Central London Office Agency at LSH, said: “The new location offers excellent transport routes for our client’s staff, while providing modern facilities and open spaces for meetings.

“Citizens Advice’s move to the City continues the trend of occupier demand for Central London office space with security and facilities both beneficial to the business and its workforce.”

Modern facilities and open meeting spaces

The charity is moving from Pentonville Road in King’s Cross, where its offices are spread over five floors. The new office will occupy part of one floor in the 370,000 sq ft building, which was refurbished by Helical Bar.

Helical Bar plc are the development managers of 200 Aldersgate, and were represented by Savills and CBRE.
