Acting for the landlord, a local property investor, we negotiated a 15 year lease on Sandy Bridge Yard, letting the 8,179 sq ft property to Ramp Skate Park Limited.

Ramp Skate Park is a start-up company headed by three local businessmen and will provide indoor and outdoor leisure park facilities as well as a shop, hire centre and cafe.

Located on Sandy Road, one mile west of Llanelli town centre and close to Pembrey and the Millennium Coastal Park, the new facility is due to open in May following extensive refurbishment by the tenants both inside and out.
