An ambitious refrigeration company has secured 10,431 sq ft of industrial space in Derbyshire as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.

Ultra Refrigeration Ltd has signed a new five-year lease on two units at Sheepbridge Industrial Estate, Carrwood Road, Chesterfield.
 
The company is at the forefront of commercial refrigeration application, providing services to the catering, leisure and food retail trades. Customers include a variety of clients requiring refrigeration for the chilling of food or machinery, and comfort cooling for shops, offices and kitchens.

New era for Ultra Refrigeration

Operations Director Anthony Lomas said: “This year marks our 10th anniversary so the move to these excellent new units really does mark the beginning of an exciting new era for Ultra Refrigeration. By upgrading our office and workshop accommodation we have put ourselves in an even stronger position to grow our business and provide even greater levels of service to our customers. LSH were very responsive to our needs and we managed to agree terms swiftly and complete the lease before the Christmas period.”
