New Head of Agency in Oxford

Find out more

We have appointed Kevin Wood as Associate Director to our Oxford office to head up the Agency team, and to support the future expansion of the office.

Kevin Wood joins from Knight Frank’s West End office, bringing eight years of Thames Valley office agency experience to our team. Kevin was influential in the disposal programme of 270,000 sq ft of leasehold and freehold properties on behalf of Vodafone, as a result of its HQ relocation in Newbury.

Focus on Oxfordshire and surrounds

In addition, Kevin recently advised Urban Science on its HQ acquisition in Reading and has been heavily involved in marketing MEPC’s Milton Park in Didcot. At LSH, Kevin will head up our Agency department in Oxford and will work with current and prospective clients in all property sectors across Oxfordshire and its surrounds.

Kevin commented: “This is a positive move for me, allowing me to bring my previous experience and understanding of the wider regional market to a firm with an expansive network of offices focused purely on the UK and Ireland.

"I have worked with the team at LSH on a number of projects over the years so they are well-known to me, and I am looking forward to being part of that team myself. The LSH name is against some of the most prominent commercial schemes in the area, including Westcott Venture Park and Heyford Park. These are significant projects for me and the team to develop as the wider economy surfaces from the recession.”

Major coup for the business

David Gilbert, Head of our Oxford office, added: “Kevin’s appointment is a major coup for us, strengthening our Oxford and broader Agency offerings with such a prominent name in the industry. As the market remains volatile, recruiting high calibre property professionals into the team is a priority, assuring our clients of the experience and knowledge we can deliver to their property projects.”
