Acting on behalf of Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, we sold the 42,125 sq ft property to North West self storage company, Store First Ltd to fuel its expansion plans.

The transaction was completed in just 10 days from receipt of draft contract through to completion.

Strong occupier interest
