We have appointed Andrew Hodgkinson as Associate Director to our South Coast Office Agency team.

Andrew joins us from Goadsby, where he has worked in the business space team for the last seven years.

Prior to this, he worked in the IT services sector before being awarded a scholarship from Grosvenor Estates in 2004.

Andrew went on to complete a Masters in Real Estate at the University of Reading, before joining Goadsby’s commercial division in 2005 and becoming its Head of Agency in Southampton in 2009.

South Coast office market

Andrew is joining our South Coast team, which spans offices in Fareham and Southampton, working with the rest of the nine-strong agency department. He will be working with current and prospective clients in marketing some of the area’s most significant office schemes, and in supporting corporate occupiers’ acquisition plans.

Andrew commented: “The global economy presents challenges to businesses at regional, national and global levels. The South Coast’s property market is not immune to this, and the lack of grade A stock presents further challenges for occupiers and landlord alike. However, the needs of those occupiers and landlords continue to evolve, and there is much that can be done to promote the advantages that the region has to offer and to get the most out of an investor’s property portfolio or a tenant’s relocation. It is therefore an exciting time to be joining a team with such an established track record of success on the South Coast.”
