Acting on behalf of SEGRO, we have secured the sale of a 13,427 sq ft warehouse in Nursling, Southampton.

110 Vista Park, a development within Nursling Industrial Estate, has been purchased by Pneumax, a European manufacturer of pneumatic components. The company is relocating from Gosport to upgraded premises following its new Italian ownership.

Pneumax selected Vista Park on account of its contemporary look and excellent layout, and chose to take advantage of current market conditions and invest in the freehold of its business premises

We are now instructed to market Pneumax’s previous building at Venture Industrial Estate, Gosport.
