We have completed the acquisition of 8,944 sq ft of office space at One Arlington Square, Bracknell, for Merced Systems.

Merced Systems is the leading provider of performance management solutions, focused on improving operational effectiveness for customer facing organisations including sales and service organisations.

Merced moving from Century Court, Bracknell

The company is expanding its European headquarters into One Arlington Square from Century Court on Millennium Way in Bracknell, where it occupied 7,385 sq ft. Merced Systems has signed a new 10 year lease at a rent of £17 per sq ft with landlord, Novell.

Tom Fletcher, Associate Director in our Reading office, commented: “This is a very positive move for Merced Systems, allowing the business to improve its working environment as well as its proximity to the station.”

Move prompted by strong business growth

We have witnessed increased demand from our strong client base including O2, Cable & Wireless, BT and The Co-op Financial Services.

“Our move to larger premises will accommodate the increased demand from our expanding client base and provide space for state-of-the-art training facilities for our customers and employees.”
