Land Registry, the government body responsible for land registration in England and Wales, has instructed LSH to sell its 85,000 sq ft freehold office building at 32 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London.
Sale will form a key stage in Land Registry’s five-year programme
The disposal of the iconic Grade II listed building in Central London forms a key stage in the Land Registry’s five-year programme of reorganisation. The programme, aimed at cutting costs and achieving improved efficiencies will put the Land Registry in a position to respond faster and more efficiently to future fluctuations in the property market. Many of the staff will be able to relocate to the Croydon Office and the Central London building will be fully vacated by March 2011.
