Acting for Manchester based Ask Developments, we have secured a leading car park operator for the 20-acre First Street scheme in central Manchester.

Lease agreement negotiated

We negotiated a lease agreement that will see independent international parking company, Q Park, manage and operate the 220-space car park, alongside three smaller car parks comprising circa 500-spaces.

Based on our advice, Q Park submitted the successful bid early last year on the area’s key demand drivers such as the CBD, Manchester Central and Bridgwater Hall. They already operate the 225-space Piazza car park in the city centre

High quality city centre parking

The main car park will provide high quality secure car parking servicing the 180,000 sq ft Number One First Street. The three other car parks will be for public use.
