Our Buckinghamshire team has been named Estates Gazette’s Most Active National Agent in Buckinghamshire in the publication’s regional Deals Done competition.

Record number of deals

The award recognises the number of office, industrial and retail property deals done in Buckinghamshire between 1 March 2009 and 28 February 2010. We recorded more deals than any other national firm across Buckinghamshire.

Largest deal recognised

During 2009 the Buckinghamshire team were involved in a variety of deals. One of the largest deals of the year, transacted by LSH, was the sale of ten acres of land on behalf HCA to Dominos Pizza for the development of a 150,000 sq ft training and production facility.
