The 32.1 acre industrial and office park at Boscombe Road in Dunstable is located within half a mile of the town centre and within Dunstable’s principal employment area, adjacent to Woodside Industrial Estate and opposite ProLogis Park, a new 750,000 sq ft warehouse development by ProLogis.
Extensive regeneration plans for the area
