Demolition of existing garage units and erection of 9-storey building comprising 41 self-contained residential units, a mixture of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, with associated new access road, undercroft car parking, refuse and cycle storage; as well as landscaping improvements to existing communal amenity space, including play area, for use of existing and proposed residents and developed through local resident consultation. Countryside is appointed under a JCT Design & Build form of contract by the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames to build this scheme, which constitutes one of four sites being developed under the Small Sites Affordable Housing Programme. The construction value is in excess of £13m.
