We were appointed as client representative to a partnering agreement between the London Borough of Wandsworth and Redrow Homes to deliver a 10-unit scheme. Our role included assisting the council and their partner to develop proposals for the site, negotiating a building agreement and monitoring the works as they progress. Key project challenges included complex access licences with adjacent business units, rights of light, close proximity of trees (being retained) and local residents.
