We were appointed as project managers for this significant redevelopment comprising 244 affordable and open market sale dwellings of various types, including townhouses and apartments, basement car parking and retail/employment space. Key challenges included the retention of an existing stone façade along Lower Bristol Road, complex utililites diversions and addressing neighbourly matters.
