University of Sunderland leases new London campus

Acting on behalf of University of Sunderland In London, Our office advisory team has agreed to lease size circa 95,000 Sq of office space, buildings at 4 and 5 Harbour Exchange (HX), London.  

The buildings, which will be comprehensively refurbished to provide a state of the art educational space, will be the University's new London campus, following its opening in the capital in 2012.

This transaction marks the largest educational letting in the Docklands this century, and the largest letting of all sectors in the Docklands, outside of the main Canary Wharf Estate, in over 10 years.
