LSH made the shortlist for its purchase of Babcock’s office at Bristol Business Park, one of the region’s largest square foot deals for the entry period at 85, 790 sq ft and a highly significant transaction for the south west.  Judges were looking for clear evidence of a ground-breaking and innovative deal that had made a notable impact on the market. 

Commenting, Bristol Head of Office Peter Musgrove said: “Our submission this year showcased our strong market knowledge and expertise across the South West through our work on behalf of client Babcock, and we are delighted to have been shortlisted.”

Winners will be announced at a gala dinner ceremony in London on 24 April.
