Paradigm Land began a development project using bridge finance. We were instructed to find a lender who would lend more money at a cheaper rate. By using our market knowledge and contacts, we were able to find a cheaper source of finance for the client – and we did so in the week leading up to Christmas.nWe secured £2.7m of development finance for Paradigm Land. The client was impressed enough with the result to instruct us on two other development projects.
