Ali Rana

Ali Rana is an Associate Director for Lambert Smith Hampton’s London based Investment team.

Ali joined Lambert Smith Hampton’s graduate programme in 2001 having graduated from Kingston University. His degree included one year’s experience working client side for BT Property (now Telereal).

According to Ali, Lambert Smith Hampton was his preferred choice when it came to property consultancies. He said: “When I was interviewed, it was the atmosphere, culture and energy that appealed directly to me. LSH stood out from other companies due to the opportunities available to progress within the company, the structured training and support available.

“The company’s structure allows you to work and learn intensively alongside experienced professional colleagues who encourage, rather than stem an entrepreneurial attitude, this was a big plus for me.”

Ali completed his 2 year APC within 18 months, whilst moving through the LSH Property Management, Valuation and Investment departments as part of our graduate programme. Ali then joined our London based Investment team on a full time basis in 2003, where he is now in the out-house team acting on behalf of private investors, property companies and institutional investors.

Ali’s career has since progressed significantly; he was promoted to Associate Director Level after approximately 3 years, making him the youngest member of the company at this level.
