Lambert Smith Hampton, Lloyds and Great Portland Estates debate UK corporate recovery
Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH) CEO and Head of Capital Markets, Ezra Nahome, participated in a live video webcast along with Richard Dakin, Managing Director and Head of Corporate Real Estate Business Support at Lloyds Banking Group, and Toby Courtauld, Chief Executive of Great Portland Estates.
Chaired by Property Week Editor, Giles Barrie, the trio held an open discussion, debating how property is faring through the aftermath of the recession and where opportunities are for those holding debt and property.
