Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), the national property consultancy, today announced a number of changes to its Executive Board.
Philip Lewis has been appointed to the role of Deputy Chairman, Ezra Nahome has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer and Guy Gregory and Kevin Maddern have been appointed to the new roles of Operations Directors.
LSH Chairman, Clive Williams, said the changes to LSH’s management structure would ensure that the business played to its strengths in current markets and would actively position the firm to accelerate out of the downturn.
As Deputy Chairman, Philip Lewis, will undertake a key client facing role, focusing on further building relationships and developing business with LSH’s national clients. This new position is central to LSH’s growth strategy going forward.
CEO, Ezra Nahome, who has worked for the business for more than nine years, and is well-known within capital markets, takes responsibility for the strategic direction of LSH.
At the same time, Ezra will maintain his role as Head of Capital Markets at LSH, which includes responsibility for the firm’s growing corporate recovery service line.
Ezra said: “I am delighted to be taking on the role of CEO at LSH. While, markets are difficult at present there are and will be opportunities going forward, and with the UK's largest national network of 28 offices LSH has a strong and unique platform, upon which we can grow the business over the next five years. Local knowledge, experience and resource are key in today's world and at LSH we have all three.”
Philip and Ezra will continue to be supported by LSH’s Executive Board, including the senior management team of Guy Gregory and Kevin Maddern, Finance Director Stephen Gaastra and Human Resources Director, Keith Jones.
In their appointments to the new roles of Operations Directors, both Guy and Kevin widen their management remits and will have active roles in the day-to-day running of LSH’s 28 office national network.
Guy takes responsibility for the South, including London, and West areas of LSH’s national network while Kevin will focus on the East, Wales, Ireland, Scotland and North areas of the firm’s business.
The changes to LSH’s Executive Board come into immediate effect.
