This is achieved by the appointment of a corporate social responsibility steering group to:
- Consider, monitor and review policy and implementation.
- Promote and encourage the corporate responsibility programme into the management of the business.
- To seek to continuously improve our performance on the key issues of the CSR programme.
- To embed the CSR programme into the culture of LSH and the minds of our employees.
Health and Safety Policy
Lambert Smith Hampton has a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy to make sure that our teams can work safely and securely, with no risk to themselves or those around them.
We ensure, by regular risk assessments and through continuous monitoring, that all of our people comply with current HSE legislation, both in our organisation and in the delivery of services to our clients.
