Leeds Office Market Round Table: Can Leeds retain its tier one status?

19 Jun 2013 - 19 Jun 2013

08:30 - 10:00

The Leeds office market is off to a flying start, with take-up figures for Q1 2013 the highest since Q4 2003. But a lack of forthcoming development could mean the city losing out to other locations in terms of economic strength and inward investment.

We are hosting a round table breakfast discussion, with representatives from the City Region’s most influential landlords and occupiers on Wednesday 19 June 2013 at our Leeds office.

The debate will address the opportunities and challenges facing the future of the Leeds office market, including:

  • Office obsolescence and the new planning rules allowing office-to-residential conversions.
  • Development pipeline and the looming undersupply of grade A stock.
  • Competing regional centres and attracting inward investment.

This event is strictly by invitation only. For more information, please contact Nicola Bulley.
