Individual (segregated) accounts:
We act on both discretionary and advisory mandates for investors looking to build property funds comprising Core, Core Plus, Value Add or Opportunistic properties in the commercial, residential and development sectors.
In addition to sourcing, acquiring and asset managing the properties to an agreed business plan or asset management strategy we are able to source capital for acquisitions and refinancing through Lambert Smith Hampton’s Property Finance division.
We are instructed to acquire single assets and portfolios for a variety of clients. In these cases we tailor our service to the needs of our client and can include asset management, property management and a range of other services, if required.
We act on pure Asset management mandates in respect of existing funds/portfolios where there are opportunities to either restructure or add value to the portfolio or simply that the portfolio would benefit from being impartially reviewed and a new dynamic approach applied to the opportunities and challenges.
We are currently inviting expressions of interest in a new £100M pooled fund investment provisionally named the “LSHIM Value Add Opportunity Fund” and which will acquire and asset manage Value Add commercial property in the 30 regional centres where LSH have offices and superior market knowledge.
