We look at commercial property investments from both the top down and the bottom up. This rounded approach gives us an in-depth understanding of your property, the dynamics of the local market and of how it is likely to affect your commercial property investments, today and in the future.

Looking at commercial property investments from the top down

Our quarterly UK Investment Transactions report (UKIT) tracks the evolution of the market through the aggregate analysis of every single reported deal that particular quarter.

This means we can track how much investors are actually paying for their properties through analysis of transactional yields. We can also see the markets and sectors in which property investors are most active.

Looking at commercial property investments from the bottom up

Our National Property Database holds the details of more than 150,000 tenancies in over 30,000 commercial properties across the country. It’s the most comprehensive database of its type in the industry.

We track freehold and leasehold transactions, lettings, surrender agreements, lease expiry dates and all other key landlord and tenant terms and agreements.

We can use this data to analyse specific assets within selected locations. This means we can give you the strategic guidance you need when you’re looking to acquire or dispose of investment property, as well as advise you as to where you can best use your money.
