LSH Wales has scooped the ‘Office Deals 2016 Regional Winner’ award in the annual rankings of deal volumes, organised by the industry’s leading trade publication, Estate’s Gazette (EGi). Judges declared LSH Wales the clear winner for the leading number of office deals it transacted last year between its Cardiff and Swansea offices. The region has held the title for an impressive nine years so far, beating off other national and regional players in the commercial property sector, while LSH as a whole secured the title in the Industrial table owing to the high number of deals it achieved.
Commenting on the win, Lee Mogridge, LSH Regional Director for Wales, said: “We’re delighted to have secured the number one spot for our office agency work once again. I think it underlines that we are not only active as a firm but that our efforts also support the Welsh business community. These awards recognise the hard work and enthusiasm of the LSH team but we wouldn’t be as effective if our commitment wasn’t also backed by in-depth market knowledge and a multi-disciplinary approach to client services.”
The awards take results from an independent survey conducted by the EGi Research team covering commercial property transactions for the year. Commercial property firms submit their deals information with judges reviewing Office, Industrial, Retail and Leisure/Hotel sectors as well as activity in the investment market.
