LSH welcomes new head of corporate advisory

National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has further strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Jonathan King as head of corporate advisory.

Jonathan joins LSH from Capita Property and infrastructure, where he led the company’s Corporate Services division.

Jonathan has over 20 years’ experience of providing strategic property advice to corporate occupiers and leading high street retailers. His clients have included Sainsbury’s, Royal Bank of Scotland, National Grid, Royal Mail, McDonalds and Bupa.

Jonathan is the fifth Director to join LSH this year, following the arrival of Michael Flanagan from London Legacy Development Corporation, Laira Roberts from Jones Lang LaSalle, James Polson from Cushman & Wakefield and Paul Fitch from Affinity Commercial LLP.

Ezra Nahome, CEO of LSH, said: “Lambert Smith Hampton is investing for growth and Jonathan’s appointment is the latest demonstration of that.

“Jonathan is a highly respected strategic corporate adviser and an important part of our expansion plans for 2014.  His expertise will be a major asset to LSH and our clients.”
