We use agencies from time to time to help us with our permanent, temporary and fixed-term contract recruitment across all disciplines of our business.

Preferred Supplier List (PSL)
We work closely with a number of approved suppliers to support our experienced hire recruitment.
To be considered for our PSL please email our recruitment team confirming:
- Areas of specialism
- The geographical region(s) you cover
- A breakdown of your fees and rebate terms
- How you can “add value” to LSH
Your details will be considered when requirements arise.
Our approved suppliers are welcome to put forward candidates for vacancies advertised on our website, unless the advert specifies “no agencies”.
To put forward a candidate, email the recruitment team with the candidate’s CV and a profile summary. Clearly state the candidate’s name, the vacancy for which they’re applying (job title and location) and the job reference number, if specified, in the subject heading.
Please include only one candidate per email.
All candidates must be submitted to our recruitment team.
Approved suppliers can submit candidates who have areas of expertise that may be of interest to us. We ask that you do not send speculative CVs directly to our employees.
Any CVs that are sent direct to the business and not the recruitment team will be reviewed as a gesture of goodwill. Should we wish to engage with or employ the candidate, no fee will be payable.
We do not accept CVs where the candidate’s name is not disclosed.
Our recruitment team manages our relationship with recruitment agencies and search consultancies.
Agencies should not make direct contact with our business without prior approval from the recruitment team.
