The subject unit represents an excellent opportunity for a café operator to benefit from all the amenities of the Ulster University's Magee Campus to include a student residential village offering en-suite accommodation, a library, the Intelligent Systems Research Centre and the Foyle Arts Building which houses the School of Creative Arts and technologies. The university community and therefore the potential users of these services consists of +350 staff and +4000 students.

The Ulster University is seeking to appoint a tenant/partner who has the experience, ability and entrepreneurial skills to fit-out and operate this exciting opportunity. It is anticipated that the successful cafe/coffee shop tenant would be appointed and ready to open the cafe Grab & Go unit at the end of January 2018, to coincide with the opening of the new Teaching Block.
Initial Expressions of Interest are sought for the use of this newly constructed cafe Grab & Go unit.
